The description of product

The Baby Header is constructed from chrome-plated steel for maximum support, with embossed neck well-welded on the sturdy steel offset for mounting several lights. The triple header allows up to five light fixtures or accessories onto a single light stand. Features five baby studs with embossed necks welded onto sturdy steel and offset for mounting up to five lights. This triple header can be mounted on the stand top of a 16mm baby stud or fit into a 28mm junior receiver and tightenes securely with a robust metal knob.
It is an ideal way to mount multiple light fixtures and/or accessories on a single light stand. The header's 5/8" pins are double-sided so it can support four fixtures without cluttering the set. The Baby Header has an industry-standard 5/8" receiver that is compatible with the wide range of stands with 5/8" studs. Removing the receiver's tightening knob allows it to be used as a 1-1/8" pin in a Junior stand.
